It was very easy check in I was worried cause they kept Emailing me their policies so I didn't know if I had to pay deposit or any hidden fees...... BUT all all was good I just called the hotel and they ressurred me I was all set ! My room was very comfortable and clean , I love the big bed it was comfy , plenty hot water in the shower Im giving this 5 star great value if your on budget and looking to have holiday weekend

Check-in was good. Coffee maker in room did not work, but it was replaced immediately. The management seemed friendly and wanted to make sure everything was good! The bed was very comfortable! Desk, chairs and TV were comfy and set up well! The breakfast area was neat, clean and good.

The front desk staff was so very nice! The rooms were great for the price. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy!

Great location, very clean updated rooms, easy check in, good breakfast. It was perfect for what we needed which was a one night stay for a quick beach trip. It was also pet friendly, the pet fee was only $25 extra a day which I found very reasonable. Lots of grassy areas to walk our dog.

It was very nice for the price. The airport is close so you do have some noise. Clean affordable and convenient.

Surely delighted how clean and refreshing the room was. Breakfast was a defiantly a plus and the ladies in the front desk very polite. Keep it up folks!

Front desk receptionist Natasha was very friendly checking us in as well as receptionist that checked us out. Breakfast server was very friendly. Facility was extremely clean & great location. Recommended hotel to several people traveling with us. Will definitely stay there again while visiting Charleston.
